Rice 2 cups
Lemon juice 4
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
Chopped Cocunt ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1
tea spoon
Mustard seeds
½ cup
Green chiili 6
Cashew nut 1 cup
Green corriander 1 table spoon
How to Cook
Boil the rice.marinate these rice with lemon juice, salt
and turmeric powder.
Fry mustard seeds and cashew nuts in hot oil.
Add cocunut init then add green chillies with out seeds.
Now add rice and mix well.
When rice get hot as leaving smoke then add corriander in
it.
Garnish rice dish with slices of lemon and serve these
hot rice.
