Quick and Healthy Recipe of Lime Rice
 Rice is such grain food that is available every where in the world. It has 7000 types. Chineese people eat most rice as compared to other coutries’s people. Almost everyone is found of rice made cooking. Rice has less calories 1 pond rice has 500 calories which can be used for four people.
Some dishes are very easy to cook. Here you cook this easy and quick recipe and feel enjoy at your lunch or your dinner.

Ingredients

Rice                             2 cups
Lemon juice              4
Turmeric  powder     1 tea spoon
Chopped  Cocunt    ½ cup
Oil                                ½ cup
Salt                             1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds          ½ cup
Green chiili               6
Cashew nut              1 cup
Green corriander     1 table spoon

How to Cook

Boil the rice.marinate these rice with lemon juice, salt and  turmeric powder.
Fry mustard seeds and cashew nuts in hot oil.
Add cocunut init then add green chillies with out seeds.
Now add rice and mix well.
When rice get hot as leaving smoke then add corriander in it.
Garnish rice dish with slices of lemon and serve these hot rice.
