Quick and Healthy Recipe of Lime Rice
 Rice is such grain food that is available every where in the world. It has 7000 types. Chineese people eat most rice as compared to other coutries’s people. Almost everyone is found of rice made cooking. Rice has less calories 1 pond rice has 500 calories which can be used for four people.
Some dishes are very easy to cook. Here you cook this easy and quick recipe and feel enjoy at your lunch or your dinner.

Ingredients

Rice                             2 cups
Lemon juice              4
Turmeric  powder     1 tea spoon
Chopped  Cocunt    ½ cup
Oil                                ½ cup
Salt                             1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds          ½ cup
Green chiili               6
Cashew nut              1 cup
Green corriander     1 table spoon

How to Cook

Boil the rice.marinate these rice with lemon juice, salt and  turmeric powder.
Fry mustard seeds and cashew nuts in hot oil.
Add cocunut init then add green chillies with out seeds.
Now add rice and mix well.
When rice get hot as leaving smoke then add corriander in it.
Garnish rice dish with slices of lemon and serve these hot rice.

Delicious Date Cake with Eggs and Walnuts

Delicious Date Cake with Eggs and Walnuts

Ingredients

Dates                         8 ounce
Boiled water              1 cup
Baking powder          1 tea spoon
Vanilla                        1 tea spoon
White Flour                 1 cup
Butter or oil                 ½ cup
Salt                              ¼ tea spoon
Sugar                          1 cup
Eggs                            2
Chopped walnuts       ¾ cup

How to make

Take baking pan and put oil or butter on it on all sides.
Put boiled water on dates.
Mix white flour, baking powder and salt.
Take a cup and blend well butter and sugar in it
Now add egg one by one and blend by mixing 1 spoon white flour
Then add remaining white flour and add dates with water.
At the end add walnuts
Keep it in oven for ½ an hour to bake.
Cut in sliced shape and present well.

Lemon & Almond Cake
It is unique kind of cake full of energy and nutrition. In which lemon syrup is used on the cake when the cake would be hot. It can be preserved for a week. You must make this cake surely you will enjoy with your family. Note down the ingredients and recipe.

Ingredients
Almonds                      1 ounce flaked
Brown Sugar               4 ounce
Eggs                            2
Baking powder           1 tea spoon
Butter                           4 ounce
White floor                   4 ounce
Lemon cover               1

For Syrup
Sugar                            3 ounce
Fresh lemon juice        3 or 4 table spoon

Recipe
Take 9 inches round pan and spread grease proof paper on it.
Place oil on the sides of the pan and put almonds in the pan.
Blend sugar & butter and add eggs one by one and blend.
Add white floor in the blended butter, sugar and eggs.
Now put these ingredients in the pan which has almonds.
Bake it in oven for 20 to 25 minutes on the heat of 1800 until it gets golden.
During this mix lemon juice and sugar.

Now put lemon juice on the hot cake and let it absorb.

Quick Recipe Creamy Beef Curry

Continental style based on Garlic, Olive oil and some aromatic herbs like basil/rosemary/thyme are the base which other attributes ingredients like tomatoes and red wine are often added.
Recipe serves: 4 Preparation time10 min Cooking time15 min
Ingredients
·         500g topside or round steak cut in strips
·         2 tablespoons Continental Essentials, Red Curry Paste
·         1 Continental Stock Pot Beef Salt Reduced
·         1 cup coconut cream
·         2 tablespoons brown sugar
·         1 tablespoons fish sauce
·         1 cup green beans, portioned
·         1 cup mushrooms, sliced
How to make
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry beef, until turns golden brown. Remove to a plate.
At Lower heat, add curry paste and fry for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Return beef to frying pan with Continental Stock Pot, one cup of water, coconut cream, sugar, fish sauce and vegetables. Cook lightly for 5-10 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with rice

Suggestion mix through 2 teaspoons coriander and 1 tablespoon lime juice, sprinkle with toasted sliced peanuts.
