 Mango Squash Easy and Home made Recipe

Drink up and quench your thirst with this refreshing beverage (drink) recipes for all events and festivals. Mango squash is refreshing homemade beverage syrup that is prepared with mangoes and sugar.
Ingredients

Mango                   1 kg
Sugar                     ½ kg
Citric acid             2 table spoon
Meta bisulphate  ¼ tea spoon
Water                     1 litter

How to make
               
First peel mangoes and chop well. Then blend mangoes into a puree.
Now mix with sugar and water, then strain the juice with a plastic sieve.
Dissolve citric acid in 1/4 cup water.
Then dissolve meta bisulphate in 1/4 cup water separately.
Add both dissolved mixture in mango juice and mix well.

Fill in sterilized bottles. Shake the bottle daily before use.

Cashew nut              1 cup
Green corriander     1 table spoon

How to Cook

Boil the rice.marinate these rice with lemon juice, salt and  turmeric powder.
Fry mustard seeds and cashew nuts in hot oil.
Add cocunut init then add green chillies with out seeds.
Now add rice and mix well.
When rice get hot as leaving smoke then add corriander in it.
Garnish rice dish with slices of lemon and serve these hot rice.

Eggs                            2
Chopped walnuts       ¾ cup

How to make

Take baking pan and put oil or butter on it on all sides.

Now add egg one by one and blend by mixing 1 spoon white flour
Then add remaining white flour and add dates with water.
At the end add walnuts

Tomatoes              4
Carrots                   6

In a blender, add finely chopped tomatoes with some water and blend well.
Strain away excess water.

Take 9 inches round pan and spread grease proof paper on it.

East Indian Mold Rice

Boiled Rice             4 cup
Butter                     ¼ cup
Onion                     ¼ cup
Fried Almonds        ½ cup
Sauce & salt           1 tea spoon
Vinegar                    1 tea spoon
Raisins                    ½ cup

How to Cook

Put butter in pan and let it hot fry almonds and put them out.
Do the onion golden brown and put raisins in it.
Put rice and salt in the pan.mix fried almonds in it.

Salt                                                                 1 ½ tea spoon
Black pepper                                                   ¼ tea spoon
How to Cook
1.    Put chicken stock, Spinach, Salt, and black pepper in sauce pan. Let it hot
2.    Put butter in white floor and fry it for some time
3.    Take away from stove and let it cold
4.    Add milk slowly then mix it on stove until it get thick
5.    Save some quantity of soup and mix cream in it
6.    Add this cream in spinach n milk soup
7.    Take bread crumbs n put it on soup

Sizzling Rice Soup - Quick Recipe

Time to cook: 1 hour

Ingredients:
4 outsized dried black mushrooms, stems removed
1 medium boneless skinless chicken breast (about 6 ounces)
1 1/4 inches fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 cup barbecued pork or 1/4 cup cooked ham
4 ounces shrimp
1/4 cup canned bamboo shoot
1/4 cup canned water chestnut
5 cups chicken stock or 5 cups chicken soup
1 cup mushroom liquid
1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine or 1 1/2 teaspoons dry sherry
salt and pepper
3 -5 drops sesame oil
crispy rice
vegetable oil, for deep-frying


Instructions:
Marinate mushrooms in hot water for about 20 minutes.
Strain the liquid and reserve 1 cup for the soup.
Cut mushrooms into quarters. Cut the water chestnuts and bamboo shoots into thin slices.
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the chicken and ginger and briefly grow pale the chicken, just until it changes color.
Drain and cut the chicken into thin slices. Bring the chicken stock or soup and the reserved mushroom liquid to a boil. Add the chicken and beef, shrimp and the vegetables.
Let simmer for a few minutes, and then add the soya sauce, sherry, and the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the sesame oil.
Bring back to a boil and then let simmer for a few more minutes. Place the soup in a large serving bowl and keep warm. Heat wok and add oil for deep-frying.
When oil is ready, add the Crispy Rice. Deep-fry until it puff and turns brown, and then drain on paper towels.
Add the rice to the soup at the table, so that guests can hear the rice make popping sounds when added to the broth.
Cumin Seed Cookies
Prepare these simple low budget cumin seed  cookies in enough quantity and fill container or jar for your kids and everyone in slight appetite. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
 These are made with simple ingredients and did not ask for any unessential effort. Serve them with tea or plain whatever you like.
Preparation time 45 mints, cook time 20 mints, serving 3-4
Ingredients
Flour 1 cup
Icing sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Butter 100 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin seed ¼ tsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
How to cook
·         Beat butter with sugar in a bowl.
·         Beat egg in other bowl and mix the butter and icing sugar mixture in it.
·         Add salt, cumin seeds, baking powder, all purpose flour and mix well.
·         Place the dough in fridge for 25 mints hour.
·         Make bread of the dough and sprinkle cumin seeds over it.
·         Now cut into different shaped cookies and place them on a baking tray.
·         Preheat oven to 180°C and bake cookies for 20 minutes.

·         2 glass of ice cream soda

How to cook
·         Peel off cucumbers and grate them.
·         Put cucumber, 2 glasses of ice cream soda, Half cup sugar, 2 table spoon, lemon juice &Ice and then blend them.

·         Finally, serve 2 glass put some leaves of mint.
