Ingredients

Boiled Rice             4 cup

Butter                     ¼ cup

Onion                     ¼ cup

Fried Almonds        ½ cup

Sauce & salt           1 tea spoon

Vinegar                    1 tea spoon

Raisins                    ½ cup

How to Cook

Put butter in pan and let it hot fry almonds and put them out.

Do the onion golden brown and put raisins in it.

Put rice and salt in the pan.mix fried almonds in it.

Push that rice in tube cake pan.

Convert tube pan in dish. Keep empty from the middle and fill it with this filling.

Boiled and chopped chicken         1 cup

Ginger                                           1 inch piece

Salt                                               ½ tea spoon

Cumin seed                                  1 tea spoon

Black pepper                                ¼ tea spoon

Oil                                                 1 serving spoon

Fry these ingredients in oil and fill in rice dish in the middle.
