Medicine that claims to reduce your weight within few days it is all not a fact. When you don’t take proper diet your body responses at once and as a result glycogen provides energy to your body. Intentionally or unintentionally you use sugar or sweets many times in a day.  Excess use of white sugar is harmful.  If you take two table spoons of sugar it requires 10 minutes walk of a day. Take simple water and lemon in ii without sugar. It can reduce your fats in a body. With empty stomach use lemon in water day by day you will get good results.

Exercise is a very effective way to reduce your weight you will have to do exercise 2 times in a day. There are many exercises mostly women want to reduce weight from tummy. Here is the easy way to exercise to lose your weight from tummy.

Lay on floor and keep your legs straight.
Then keep your right leg in the air. Then put it down slowly.
Count up to 20 while doing this repeat with left leg as well.

This exercise can keep your tummy muscles strong and waste your energy and you have healthy structure.

If you want to get rid of fats in your body you should take such diets that can control your body. Avoid the foods like burgers, creamy salad, pizza, fried foods, jam, cakes, sweets and chocolates. Use more fruits and juices in your diet.

Writing down what you eat, even for just a week, can loss shockingly light on your true eating habits. Monitor what you eat, how much, when and why.
4. Cut out salt in your diet:
Even a small reduction in the salt in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 3 to 7 mm Hg. To reduce salt in your diet, consider these tips: Follow how much salt is in your diet. Keep a food diary to examine how much salt is in what you eat and drink each day. Read food label. Choose low sodium substitutes of the foods and beverages you normally take. Don’t add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2,300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices, rather than salt, to add more flavor to your foods.
